FAQs-

I forgot something can you combine my orders?

Please place a 2nd order and email me at help.burkemanor@gmail.com ASAP with both order numbers. I will combine your orders and refund shipping overages. I will only combine orders if first hasn’t been sent out yet so please reach out to me ASAP. 

 

Please note- Merch and apparel items are not able to be combined and are manufactures and shipped from a third party. This only applies to stickers prints and rugs 

 

Can I cancel my order?

Please email me ASAp to cancel order if your package has already been shipped you must return the package in its entirety to get a refund. 

 

Do you offer free shipping discounts?

Yes! 

For US customers I offer free standard shipping on orders above 45$ using code “FREESHIP”

 

For Canada, AU, NZ, and European customers I offer free flat rate shipping on orders above 75$ using code ‘FREEINTLSHIP”

 

Why are your flat rate shipping costs so cheap for international?

I use a third party shipping company to help my art be more accessible to our international ghosts. Rates are calculated by weight and because my packages are under 4 lbs I am able to offer you flat rate options for items made in house. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Burke Manor Art now ships to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and most European countries and are expanding where we ship as we grow and as demand grow. 

 

Will you mark my customs form as “gift”?

No, We will not mark any international packages as gifts as this is illegal. 

 

How long will my item take to ship?

Stickers, prints and rugs ship within 1-3 business days and Merch/ Apparel are fulfilled by a third party manufacturer and will ship within 1-7 business days. 

 

Lost packages-

Please call or visit your local post office to discuss with them, sometimes they can track it further or confirm delivery location. “Marked as delivered” doesn’t always mean it was left at front door, please allow a few extra days for delivery. 

 

Damaged packages/ Missing items:

In case you get your package and it has been damaged or items are missing please check your receipt included with order and verify if items are missing. Email at help.burkemanor@gmail.com with your order number and what was missing from your order preferably with pictures of what you did receive/ package condition and I will take care of you :)

 

Refunds/ Exchanges- 

We want you to love your purchase, if there’s any issues please email us at help.burkemanor@gmail.com with details about your return / exchange. We can’t guarantee refunds or exchanges but are happy to discuss your specific situation with you.

 

I accidentally put in wrong address-

Please email us ASAP at help.burkemanor@gmail.com with your correct address and we will change the address for you. If the order has already shipped we will have to wait until it is sent back to us to refund or after another shipping payment is made. 

 

How does the rewards program work?

It’s free to sign up and anyone can start earning points through purchases, referring friends, social prompts, or other actions. You will also earn points on your birthday. To sign up and start earning points click the purple star in the bottom right hand corner 

 

Note- points expire after one year and do not roll over 

 

How are your stickers / prints made?

Burke Manor stickers and prints are hand drawn digitally and then printed on high quality matte photo paper for prints, or glossy vinyl for stickers. Stickers are cut in house to perfection on a cutting machine and then quality checked before going out into their new homes 

 

How are your rugs made/ what are wall rugs?

I currently hand punch all my rugs using acrylic yarn and monks cloth. Once completed they are reinforced with recycled particle board for sturdiness and flatness (unless on larger rugs) and  lined with soft felt backing. Wall rugs are rugs for your wall! It’s just another cool way to decorate your home with unique fiber art and Burke Manor rugs include a D-ring for hanging or 2 for larger wall rugs. 

 

Do you make custom/ floor rugs?

Currently no, but they will be coming at a future date!

 

How is your merch/apparel made / Why print on demand?

I upload HD copies of my designs into printful and arrange them on items I think our ghosts will love. They are then uploaded to my store and prihtful handles all of the printing and manufacturing. Print on demand helps stop the contribution of fast fashion and all of the pollution and chemicals needed to bulk produce clothes. As I am a small business it’s more budget conscious and eco conscious to print items when needed rather than to order massive quantities. 

 

My size isn’t available/ A color variation isn’t available in my size 

 

Printful has a great size range but unfortunately certain variations sell faster than others or aren’t in stock often. I do my best to ensure colors and sizes are available and my apparel is diverse and accessible. 

 

Currently there is not a great printing result yielded from black apparel blanks and due to the printing flaws darker variants have we do not currently offer black apparel.
