Política de reembolso

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are accepted on a case to case basis and as a small business we can not guarantee all returns will be accepted. ALL apparel and decor items are unfortunately not eligible for returns due to being manufactured outside of Burke Manor and created on demand per each order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Sticker sheets and packs must contain all stickers/items. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at help.burkemanor@gmail.com. Customer is responsible for return shipping on exchanges and returns. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right. Typically most manufacturing errors are caught immediately, corrected and communicated immediately via DMs or email ♡


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, apparel and decor items,  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), used items, or commissions. All returns must be in original condition and not damaged. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
- If I have not processed your order yet send me a email at help.shopburkemanor@gmail.com and I would be happy to change any items 

- all apparel and design items and already shipped items are not eligible for exchanges please double check your size and variant before placing order. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please do not start a PayPal chargeback without consulting with me first , fraudulent chargebacks will be reported
